Our take

The A2 Elite is a very cheap 20 in folding fat-tire bike with a 750W motor and Class 3 speed. It uses mechanical rather than hydraulic brakes, and the page lists two different rotor sizes. At $689 it's a budget pick, and the spec sheet is thinner than pricier folders.
