Our take

The XP Lite3 is the third-generation light folder from Lectric, replacing the XP Lite 2.0 (I haven't ridden either). It gets hydraulic brakes, turn signals, a color display and a stronger folding latch, and the long-range battery is 672 Wh. It weighs 41 lb without the battery and is capped at 20 mph. The long-range version is $999.
