Class: Ride1Up lists 28+ mph on both throttle and pedal assist, with other class modes. A throttle above 20 mph is outside Class 1–3, so set it to a legal mode for your state or it may be treated as a moped. E-bike laws by state

Our take
The Revv 1 is a heavy moto-style e-bike for riders who want full suspension and a big 52V battery. The 203 mm four-piston brakes and double-crown fork suit its power and its 93 lb weight. That weight and its 28+ mph setting are the main catches: it is hard to lift, and in its fastest mode it isn't a legal Class 1–3 e-bike. It was out of stock when we checked.
