Our take
The S2 Laguna is Super73's mid-size moto-style bike for riders who care about the look and a cushy 5 in rear tire. It ships as a 20 mph Class 2 bike, which keeps it legal on more paths. The base version is rigid with a 480 Wh battery, so its range is modest for $2,395. The S2 SE adds a front fork, 750W and a bigger battery for $750 more. One owner on Super73's page says the short cranks make it hard to pedal.

What owners say
Super73's S2 Laguna page shows only 3 reviews. One owner said it is the least-used bike in their household because the small cranks make it hard to pedal, now that it ships as Class 2.
Caveat: Very few reviews, hosted on the maker's own store; not a reliable sample.
