Miami Beach e-bike rules

These local rules apply on top of Florida state e-bike law.

Classes: Follows state classes. ADA mobility devices are allowed everywhere.
Trails & paths: No e-bikes on the Beachwalk, city sidewalks, Collins Park, Marina Baywalk south of 5 St, the Promenade (24-29 St) or South Pointe Park. No bikes or e-devices at all on the Baywalk, Lincoln Road (bikes OK 2-9 a.m.) or Ocean Drive sidewalks (5-15 St).
