Our take
The Cosmo 2.0 replaces the Cosmo X in Magnum's lineup. It's a step-through commuter with a 624 Wh battery, hydraulic brakes and a front fork. It uses a cadence sensor, so the assist comes on more abruptly than with a torque sensor, and its 220 lb payload limit is low. At $1,799 it's priced in the middle of the market.
