Should you buy one?
Buy it if you want a full-size commuter with a torque sensor, hydraulic brakes, a thumb throttle, and a rack and fenders already on it. That’s what I rode for several weeks (0:06 to 0:09, 0:55 to 1:15, 6:48 to 7:15). At about 6’1” and 200 lb, it fit me perfectly (1:18 to 1:23).
Skip it if you ride rough trails. It has a front suspension fork and no rear suspension. I said it’s completely fine on paved paths (1:46 to 1:58).
The deciding factor: price. I said at about $1,500 it’s a fantastic deal if you catch it on sale (7:15 to 7:23). As of Oct 23, 2026, Mokwheel lists it at $1,399.99 (Mokwheel).

What I didn’t test
I didn’t run range, speed, or hill tests, and I didn’t weigh the bike. Most of the video covers fit, controls, and Mokwheel’s accessories, like bags, a phone mount, a bigger seat, and a suspension seat post (3:49 to 6:24). I’m not covering those here.
Who it’s for
- Commuters riding to work or school (1:23 to 1:30)
- Taller riders; it’s full size and fit me at 6’1” (1:18 to 1:23)
- Riders who want pedal assist that feels natural; the torque sensor matches the motor to how hard you push (6:52 to 7:15)
Who should look elsewhere
- Riders who want rear suspension or plan to ride off-road (1:46 to 1:58)
- Shorter riders; Mokwheel lists a 5’6” minimum height (Mokwheel)

Pros and cons
Pros
- Better fit and finish than my first Mokwheel (0:30 to 0:40)
- Torque sensor (6:48 to 7:15)
- Hydraulic disc brakes with plenty of stopping power (1:09 to 1:18)
- Rack, fenders and lights included (0:55 to 1:00, 1:30 to 1:34)
- Kickstand is set back, so the pedals don’t hit it (2:00 to 2:05)
- Comfortable stock seat (4:35 to 4:38)
Cons
- No rear suspension (1:48 to 1:54)
- The price in the video was hard to follow; I ended up rounding it to about $1,500 (6:38 to 6:46)
FAQ
Is it Class 2 or Class 3?
It shipped Class 2 (0:47 to 0:54). Mokwheel now lists Class 2/3, with 20 mph on throttle and 28 mph with pedal assist (Mokwheel).
Does it fit tall riders?
I’m about 6’1” and it fit me perfectly (1:18 to 1:23). Mokwheel lists 5’6” to 6’6” (Mokwheel).
Does the discount code still work?
