Our take

The Roadster V3 is a 40 lb commuter for riders who want something that feels close to a normal bike. A torque sensor and 700c gravel-style tires are standouts at this price, and the suspension fork option adds comfort for rough roads. The small 360 Wh battery and 50 Nm motor mean shorter range and less help on steep hills than heavier bikes. This is the newest Roadster, replacing the V2.
