Our take
The Basalt 2.0 is a big fat-tire hauler with a 941 Wh battery, a 450 lb payload and hydraulic brakes. Its headline feature is a detachable display, with an optional solar and inverter kit sold separately. At 80 lb and with a 5'7" minimum rider height, it suits taller riders.
